$1,500
per month • $500 setup with month one • three-month start, then month to month
Your first month:
- Your starting measurement: what six AI engines say about you today — quoted where an engine answered, marked failed where it did not — and the sources they cited
- A complete website review — site crawl, content gaps and schema analysis — with a Schema Pack and Q&A page content written out for your web person
- Your first content package, and up to two blog drafts when the blog is in your agreed content mix
Then every month:
- The same measurement across all six engines — a failed run is shown as failed, never as a zero
- A plain-language report: what each engine said about you, what changed since last cycle, and the sources it cited
- You vs. named competitors, with the actual AI answers
- Content written for you — up to four posts per platform on the platforms we set together, and up to two blog drafts when the blog is in your mix — ready for your final check and posting
- Citation tracking: the real sources AI engines cite in your market
- A website review every three months, with the Schema Pack and Q&A content refreshed
You do:
- Publish the posts and blog drafts you choose to use, on your own profiles and website
- Implement the specs we write — schema, Q&A page content, page changes — yourself or through your web person
- Confirm the facts about your business we may quote; we quote only what you have confirmed

The terms
Fees, term and calls
- Monthly fee: $1,500 per month. Invoiced at the start of each month, due within 15 days of invoice.
- Setup: $500 once, invoiced with month one — it covers your starting measurement, the first website review and the onboarding call. Waived under a prepayment.
- Term: Three-month start, then month to month with 30 days' written notice. No partial-month refunds.
- Prepay: Six- and twelve-month prepayments carry a discount — ask on the call.
- Calls: A 30-minute call each month for the first 90 days, then one call each quarter — the monthly package is the update in between.
- Revisions: One revision round per package, on request.
Want us to do the posting and pasting? Managed Execution is $2,750 a month all in, limited to three clients, and everything still goes through your approval — with the profile or CMS access you choose to grant for the agreed work.
Liability, governing law and privacy live once, on our Terms of Service; your agreement cites that page and states the fees, term and deliverables above.
What is not guaranteed
We do not guarantee scores, rankings, citations, being recommended by any AI engine, lead counts, or revenue. AI answers change on their own, run to run.
What we commit to: the deliverables and your report day, six engines scanned each cycle or shown as failed, one revision round per package.
Why monthly
Why this is ongoing work
AI answers change on their own, run to run and month to month. So each cycle asks the same questions again and shows what moved — cycle one is a starting measurement, and from cycle two the report compares like for like where the samples allow.
The writing, the reviews and the website checks are recurring work too: new posts each month, a website review every three months, and specs that follow what the engines are citing now. None of it is a one-time fix.

Website development, web design, hosting, traditional SEO implementation and technical website changes are not part of the plan. We write the exact specs; your web person implements them. Hands-on work on your properties is Managed Execution or a written one-off quote — never a favour that turns into a surprise.
